1. Discovery & Consultation


Every successful project starts with listening. We begin with a comprehensive discovery session to dive into the heart of your brand—your mission, your goals, your challenges, and the audience you want to reach. Whether you need brand videos, product photography, or an ongoing social media content plan, we work to understand what success looks like for you. This is where we identify opportunities, spark ideas, and start shaping a vision tailored specifically to your needs.


2. Proposal & Onboarding


Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we craft a customized proposal that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and key milestones. You’ll know exactly what to expect—and when. Once everything is approved, we handle onboarding with your team, including any access needs, brand guidelines, and communication preferences. Our goal is to set the tone for a streamlined and stress-free process.


3. Kickoff Meeting


This is where the planning turns into momentum. We bring key decision-makers from your team together with our creative leads to align on project goals, target platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and creative direction. We’ll also discuss brand voice, visual identity, and messaging priorities to make sure that every content piece feels cohesive and intentional. By the end of this meeting, everyone is on the same page and ready to move forward with clarity.


4. Creative Development


Now the creative wheels start turning. For video and photography, we develop concepts, write scripts, outline shot lists, sketch storyboards, and pull visual references that reflect your brand and goals. For social media campaigns, we build out content calendars, identify key themes, and propose formats that are optimized for performance and engagement. This is where strategy and imagination meet to build a blueprint for success.


5. Pre-Production


With the creative direction approved, we shift into planning mode. We handle all the logistics so you don’t have to—location scouting, casting talent, scheduling shoots, acquiring permits, organizing props, and prepping gear. For social-first campaigns, this might also involve coordinating with influencers, collecting branded assets, and setting up scheduling tools for future rollout. Everything is prepared down to the smallest detail to ensure a seamless production day.


6. Production


Lights, camera, action! Our team arrives on set ready to bring the vision to life—whether we’re filming cinematic brand stories, capturing dynamic product shots, or creating lifestyle content for social platforms. We use professional-grade equipment, a skilled crew, and a detailed production plan to ensure every moment is captured with quality and purpose. We’re not just collecting footage—we’re telling your story.


7. Post-Production & Content Assembly


This is where everything comes together. Our editors work their magic by cutting footage, correcting color, mixing audio, adding motion graphics, and refining the visuals for maximum impact. Simultaneously, our social media team assembles platform-specific versions of your content—resizing, captioning, formatting, and optimizing each asset for where it will live. From Instagram Reels to YouTube Shorts, everything is polished and purpose-built.


8. Review & Revisions


Once the first drafts are ready, we upload everything to a collaborative review platform. You and your team can easily leave time-coded notes, feedback, and suggestions. We include up to three rounds of revisions as part of our standard process, allowing us to fine-tune every element—from pacing and messaging to thumbnail design and text overlays. Our goal is to make sure you’re proud of every final asset.


9. Delivery & Launch Support


When everything is approved, we export and deliver your content in all necessary formats—high-res, platform-specific, and ready to publish. Need help getting it out into the world? We offer additional support with content rollout: uploading and scheduling posts, writing captions and hashtags, running paid ads, and setting up performance tracking.
